Check the client, keep the experience.
Clients, and the companies and assistants buying for them, checked on one case from the data vendors you choose, while the sales team keeps the relationship. Zenoo suggests the next step with its sources. Your client never sees the checks.

What we hear from luxury brands.
The buyer is often an assistant, a family office or a company.
One client buys in London, Paris and Dubai, and each boutique checks them again.
Store teams cannot tell whether a sale can go ahead.

Follow one private client through Zenoo, from the moment the boutique adds him to the approval that lets the sale go ahead.

Where this fits
Every check you run, into one inbox.
Your screening and ID providers send their results to the client's case in the background. Anything that needs compliance goes to the Inbox, and the sales team carries on with the client. Pick providers from the Marketplace, or bring your own.

| UK MLR 2017, regulations 14 and 27A business that takes €10,000 or more in cash for goods, in one payment or linked payments, is a high value dealer and must apply customer due diligence. | Identity and screening checks run on the client and anyone paying for them, on one case, before the sale is approved. |

| UK sanctionsDo not deal with sanctioned people or make goods available to them, directly or through others. | Every party is screened, and a hard-stop watchlist entry blocks approval until a second person agrees. |
| UK MLR 2017, regulation 35Apply extra checks to politically exposed persons, including senior approval. | A PEP finding is escalated to the MLRO or a senior manager, whose decision and reason are kept. |
| UK MLR 2017, regulation 40Keep records of the checks and the reasons for each decision. | Every decision, reason and change is kept in the case history with who made it and when, and nothing can be edited or removed. |

Getting live
What it takes from your team.
How does it connect to what we have?
Send applications in through the API, or onboard customers through Zenoo's own journeys. Keep the data vendors you have, under your contracts, and add others from the Marketplace.
Browse the MarketplaceHow long until we are live?
Four to six weeks to production is typical, depending on your providers and systems. It starts with a demo on a case you bring, then a pilot on real cases.
How buying worksWhere does our data live?
In the EU or US region, or on a dedicated UK tenant. Encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. ISO 27001 certification is in progress.

Luxury KYC questions.
Do luxury brands have to follow the Money Laundering Regulations?
In the UK, a business that accepts €10,000 or more in cash for goods, in a single payment or linked payments, is a high value dealer. It must register with HMRC and apply customer due diligence. Many brands also check high-value clients as policy. Your MLRO decides how the rules apply to you.
Will clients have to fill in forms in store?
No. The sales team adds the client and the checks run in the background. If anything else is needed, the client gets one verification link.
Can we check a company or an assistant buying for a client?
Yes. The client, the paying company and the people behind it sit on one structure, and every party is screened.
Where is our clients' data kept?
In the EU or US region, or on a dedicated UK tenant, encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. ID documents stay blurred until someone opens them, and every opening is recorded. See Trust and security.
Can we keep the data vendors we use today?
Yes. Zenoo runs checks with the providers you already use, under your contracts, and you can add others from the Marketplace.
Does Zenoo approve clients on its own?
No. Zenoo suggests the next step with its sources. A person clears every hit and approves every client, and both are on the record.
