One relationship is a person, two trusts and a holding company in three countries.
Private banking · Wealth management
Private clients, without the paper chase.
People, trusts and holding companies on one structure, source of wealth evidence read and filed as it arrives, and PEP reviews kept with their reasons. Zenoo works with the data vendors you already use and suggests where to look. Your relationship manager stays out of the paperwork.

Private banks, wealth managers, family offices and trust companies.
A person, the trusts and holding companies around them, and the evidence of how the wealth was made.
PEPs, source of wealth and funds, beneficial owners of trusts, and the reasons for each decision.
Sound familiar?
What we hear from private banks and wealth managers.
Source of wealth means fifty pages of documents and a memo nobody can find later.
We review the same PEP every year as if we had never seen them.
Our clients talk to their banker, not to compliance.

| What the rules ask | Where it lives in Zenoo |
|---|---|
| UK MLR 2017, regulation 35For a politically exposed person, get senior management approval and establish their source of wealth and source of funds. | PEP findings are escalated to the MLRO or a senior manager, whose approval is recorded, and source of wealth evidence is filed against its check. |
| UK MLR 2017, regulation 33Apply enhanced due diligence where the risk is higher, including complex or unusual structures. | Extra checks are added to a higher-risk case, and the structure shows every layer of a trust or holding company. |
| UK MLR 2017, regulations 6 and 28Identify the beneficial owners of a trust: the settlor, the trustees, the beneficiaries and anyone who controls it. | Each person and entity is placed on the structure with their role, and every one is screened. |
| UK MLR 2017, regulation 28(11)Keep due diligence up to date and review relationships through their life. | Reviews start from the last decision and its reasons, and changes on the register land in your inbox. |
| UK MLR 2017, regulation 40Keep records of the checks and the reasons for each decision. | Every decision, reason and change is kept in the case history with who made it and when, and nothing can be edited or removed. |

On a private client's case, Zenoo reads the structure, the documents and the screening results, and suggests the next step with its sources. A person makes every call, and the PEP decision always goes to the people your policy names.
Getting live
What it takes from your team.
How does it connect to what we have?
Send applications in through the API, or onboard customers through Zenoo's own journeys. Keep the data vendors you have, under your contracts, and add others from the Marketplace.
Browse the MarketplaceHow long until we are live?
Four to six weeks to production is typical, depending on your providers and systems. It starts with a demo on a case you bring, then a pilot on real cases.
How buying worksWhere does our data live?
In the EU or US region, or on a dedicated UK tenant. Encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. ISO 27001 certification is in progress.
Trust and securityQuestions
Private banking KYC questions.
What is the difference between source of wealth and source of funds?
Source of wealth is how a client built their overall wealth, such as selling a business or an inheritance. Source of funds is where the money for a particular transaction or account comes from. A politically exposed person needs both established.
Can Zenoo handle trusts and holding companies?
Yes. Trusts, trustees, holding companies and the people behind them sit on one structure with their roles and shares, and every party is screened.
How are PEPs reviewed?
A PEP finding is escalated to the MLRO or a senior manager, who approves or declines with a reason. The decision stays on the case, so the next review starts from it.
Where is our clients' data kept?
In the EU or US region, or on a dedicated UK tenant, encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. ID documents and selfies stay blurred until someone opens them, and every opening is recorded. See Trust and security.
Can we keep the data vendors we use today?
Yes. Zenoo runs checks with the screening, identity and registry providers you already use, under your contracts, and you can add others from the Marketplace.
Does Zenoo make decisions about our clients?
No. Zenoo suggests the next step with its sources. A person makes every call, and both the suggestion and the decision are on the record.
