Compliance Hub · Discussion
The whole conversation, next to the work.
Every item carries its own discussion. Ask a colleague on the item itself, and the reasoning behind a decision is there for whoever opens it next.

How it works
Ask on the item. Get the answer there too.
Write a comment and it stays with the item. Replies keep the conversation in one thread, and a reaction says you agree, or that you are looking into it.
Tag a colleague
Type @ and pick a name.
Your colleague is told, and the item lands in their Mentions. They open it straight into the discussion, read it and reply.
Resolve
Settle it, and it stays on the record.
Resolve the thread once it is settled. It is kept on the item, and you can reopen it if something changes.
Filter
Find the file in a long thread.
Filter the discussion to comments, files, or the places someone mentioned you.

For your team
What it changes, for each role.
Ask the MLRO on the item and get the answer beside the evidence, not in an inbox.
Read why a call was made before you approve, without chasing anyone.
Every question you were tagged in sits in your Mentions, one click from the item.
Questions
Discussion questions.
Does this work for KYC and KYB?
Yes. Discussion works the same on an individual's case and on a company's case, down to each party within it.
Can customers see the discussion?
No. The discussion is for your team. Customers only see the requests you send through the client portal.
Do mentions notify people?
A mention puts the item in that person's Mentions list.
Where does the final decision go?
Into the case history, with its reason, separately from the discussion.
Tomorrow, your case
Bring us a case that went wrong.
We will run it through Zenoo while you watch: the evidence, the decision, and the record your MLRO would want to defend.
30 minutes. Your data. No slides.
