About these terms
zenoo.com is run by Zenoo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 11093114, whose registered office is C/O Azets, Westpoint, Lynch Wood, Peterborough PE2 6FZ. By using the site you accept these terms.
If your organisation is a Zenoo customer, your use of our products is governed by the Master Service Agreement and the documents it refers to, not by these terms. Our privacy notice and cookie notice explain how we handle personal data on this site.
Using the site
You may read, share, and link to the site for any lawful purpose. Please do not:
- try to get unauthorised access to the site, our systems, or other people's data;
- introduce malicious code, or interfere with how the site works;
- scrape or copy the site in bulk, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on it; or
- send false information through our forms, or submit someone else's details without their permission.
We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site without notice.
Information, not advice
Articles, guides, and product descriptions on the site are general information. They are not legal, regulatory, or compliance advice, and they may not reflect the latest rules where you operate. Take professional advice before relying on them. Product screens on the site show fictional data.
Our content
We, or the people who license material to us, own the content on the site, including text, design, images, films, and the Zenoo name and logo. You may quote reasonable extracts with credit and a link. Please ask us before reusing anything else, including our logo.
Names and logos of other companies belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean those companies endorse Zenoo.
Links to other sites
Where the site links to other websites, including marketplace providers, we do so for your information. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Our liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and do not promise it will always be complete, current, or free from errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. We may update the terms from time to time, and the date at the top shows when they last changed.
Questions about these terms go to get@zenoo.com.
