Zenoo suggests. You decide.
On every case, Zenoo reads what your providers sent back and suggests the next step, with its sources. Nothing is cleared or approved until a person does it, and both are on the record.

Questions
Zenoo vs Jumio, asked and answered.
Is Zenoo a Jumio alternative?
For identity verification, no. Zenoo runs the identity provider you choose, Jumio included, and puts the result on one case with every other check for that customer. Your team decides on the case, and the reason is kept on the record.
Can we keep our Jumio contract?
Yes. Checks run under your own contract, and Zenoo receives the results onto the case.
Jumio has a portal. Why add Zenoo?
The Jumio Portal shows Jumio's own alerts and investigation views. A Zenoo case holds every check on the customer, from every provider, including screening and company ownership, with an Inbox, tasks and an approval that stays locked until the file is complete.
Does Zenoo verify identity documents itself?
No. Identity providers such as Jumio do the verification. Zenoo puts their results on the case, with the screening and company checks, for your team to decide.
Can Zenoo check companies as well as people?
Yes. A company case reads the company record and its owners from Companies House, and each person behind it is checked like any individual customer, with Jumio if you choose.
