Sound familiar?

What we hear from procurement and compliance teams.

Procurement onboards suppliers in one system and compliance checks them in another.
With ZenooEach new third party becomes a case with its checks, its owners and its documents, and nothing is approved while a check is still open.
We screen a supplier once, then never look again.
With ZenooThird parties are re-screened when their checks run out, and a new hit lands in your inbox with the last decision beside it.
The owner behind the supplier is the one we should worry about.
With ZenooOwners and controllers are read from the register onto one structure, and every person and company on it is screened.
When the auditor asks why we approved a supplier, nobody can find the reasons.
With ZenooEvery check, decision and reason is kept in the case history with who made it and when, ready to export.

Where this fits

Every check you run, into one inbox.

Your providers send their results in. Zenoo organises them and puts what needs you in the Inbox. You deal with it, tick it off, and the next one comes in. Pick providers from the Marketplace, or bring your own.

What the rules ask

Bribery Act 2010, section 7A company can be liable for failing to prevent bribery by people acting for it, unless it had adequate procedures.Every third party is checked on one case before it is approved, and the checks and reasons are kept as evidence of how you work.
Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023, section 199Large organisations can be liable for fraud by people acting for them, unless they had reasonable procedures to prevent it.The same checks run on every third party, and a hard-stop watchlist entry blocks approval until a second person agrees.

Getting live

What it takes from your team.

Your systems

How does it connect to what we have?

Send applications in through the API, or onboard customers through Zenoo's own journeys. Keep the data vendors you have, under your contracts, and add others from the Marketplace.

Time to live

How long until we are live?

Four to six weeks to production is typical, depending on your providers and systems. It starts with a demo on a case you bring, then a pilot on real cases.

Your data

Where does our data live?

In the EU or US region, or on a dedicated UK tenant. Encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. ISO 27001 certification is in progress.

Questions

Third-party due diligence questions.

What is third-party due diligence?

Checking the suppliers, distributors, agents and partners you work with before you take them on and while you work with them: who they are, who owns them, and whether they appear on sanctions lists or in adverse media.

Can procurement send us new suppliers automatically?

Yes. Requests arrive through the API from your procurement or supplier system, and each one becomes a case with the same checks.

Can suppliers send us their own documents?

Yes. Each supplier gets a verification link for what you need, and what they upload is filed on their case. Quiet suppliers are reminded.

Do you re-check suppliers after they are approved?

Yes. Third parties are re-screened when their checks run out, and a new hit lands in your inbox. See ongoing monitoring.

Can we keep the data vendors we use today?

Yes. Zenoo runs checks with the screening, registry and media providers you already use, under your contracts, and you can add others from the Marketplace.

Does Zenoo approve third parties on its own?

No. Zenoo suggests the next step with its sources. A person clears every hit and approves every third party, and both are on the record.
