Sales sign merchants faster than compliance can check them.
Payments · Merchant onboarding
Onboard merchants without the back and forth.
The merchant, its owners and what it really sells checked on one case, from the data vendors you choose. Zenoo reads the register and the website and suggests where to look. Your onboarding team sees what the merchant really sells.

What we hear from payment firms.
Merchants drop out while we chase them for one more document.
What a merchant says it sells and what its website sells are two different things.
Every new market means another identity and registry vendor to wire in.

Every check you run, into one inbox.
Your screening, registry and ID providers send their results to the merchant's case. Anything that doesn't add up goes to the Inbox for your onboarding team. Pick providers from the Marketplace, or bring your own.

Getting live
What it takes from your team.
How does it connect to what we have?
Send applications in through the API, or onboard customers through Zenoo's own journeys. Keep the data vendors you have, under your contracts, and add others from the Marketplace.
Browse the MarketplaceHow long until we are live?
Four to six weeks to production is typical, depending on your providers and systems. It starts with a demo on a case you bring, then a pilot on real cases.
How buying worksWhere does our data live?
In the EU or US region, or on a dedicated UK tenant. Encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. ISO 27001 certification is in progress.
Trust and securityQuestions
Merchant onboarding questions.
Do payment firms have to follow the Money Laundering Regulations?
In the UK, payment institutions and e-money institutions are covered by the Money Laundering Regulations and supervised by the FCA. Your MLRO decides how the rules apply to your business.
Can applications come from our own onboarding flow?
Yes. Send applications in through the API from your own flow, or use Zenoo's journeys. Either way each merchant becomes a case with the same checks.
Can Zenoo check a merchant's website?
Yes. Research reads the website beside the application and flags where the story differs, with its sources. A person decides what it means.
Can we add local providers for new markets?
Yes. Keep the vendors you have, under your contracts, and add others from the Marketplace. Results come back in one format whichever provider ran the check.
Does Zenoo approve merchants on its own?
No. Zenoo suggests the next step with its sources. A person clears every hit and approves every merchant, and both are on the record.
Does Zenoo do transaction monitoring?
No. Zenoo covers the checks on the merchant and the people behind it. Transaction monitoring stays with your existing system.
