Sound familiar?

What we hear from teams working the alerts.

Most of our screening hits are namesakes, and each one still gets the full investigation.
With ZenooThe customer's details and the list entry are laid out side by side, with a suggestion and its sources, so a person can clear a namesake with a reason in one place.
Context lives in five tools, so every analyst rebuilds it from scratch.
With ZenooScreening, identity, documents, research and the discussion sit on the same case, beside the party they belong to.
We find out an alert breached its deadline when the auditor asks.
With ZenooEvery queue has its SLA, the inbox puts the most urgent first, and work at risk of missing its deadline is flagged.
Escalations get lost between shifts and between teams.
With ZenooEscalate to a second reviewer or another team from the case. The discussion and tasks stay on the item, so nothing lives in an email thread.

Where this fits

Every check you run, into one inbox.

Your providers send their results in. Zenoo organises them and puts what needs you in the Inbox. You deal with it, tick it off, and the next one comes in. Pick providers from the Marketplace, or bring your own.

UK MLR 2017, regulation 28(11)Monitor customers on an ongoing basis and keep their due diligence up to date.A new hit from ongoing screening, or a change on the register, lands in the right queue, and routing rules mean most items arrive already assigned.

Zenoo suggests. You decide.

On every alert, Zenoo reads the evidence and suggests the next step with its sources. There is no automatic clearing. A person makes every call, and both the suggestion and the decision are on the record.

Getting live

What it takes from your team.

Your systems

How does it connect to what we have?

Send applications in through the API, or onboard customers through Zenoo's own journeys. Keep the data vendors you have, under your contracts, and add others from the Marketplace.

Time to live

How long until we are live?

Four to six weeks to production is typical, depending on your providers and systems. It starts with a demo on a case you bring, then a pilot on real cases.

Your data

Where does our data live?

In the EU or US region, or on a dedicated UK tenant. Encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. ISO 27001 certification is in progress.

Questions

AML case management questions.

What is AML case management?

Software for working the alerts and cases your checks produce: screening hits, documents, research and approvals, each with an owner, a due time and a record of what was decided and why.

Does Zenoo replace our screening provider?

No. Zenoo works on top of the screening, identity and registry providers you already use, under your contracts. Their results land on the case, and you can add others from the Marketplace.

Does Zenoo clear alerts automatically?

No. Zenoo suggests the next step with its sources. A person clears every hit, and both the suggestion and the decision are kept on the record.

Can an alert go to a second reviewer?

Yes. Escalate to a reviewer or another team from the case. A hard-stop watchlist entry needs a second Financial Crime user to agree before it can be cleared.

Can we see workload and turnaround?

Yes. Each queue shows what is due and what is at risk of missing its deadline. Insights, in pilot, show backlog, ageing and time to decision across the team.

Can we show an auditor what happened?

Yes. Export a case's history: every decision, reason and change, with who made it and when. Nothing in it can be edited or removed.
