Mastercard and Zenoo partner to stop onboarding fraud without adding friction

Full text

Mastercard and Zenoo have partnered to close one of the most persistent gaps in digital onboarding: stopping fraud without forcing every genuine customer through a slow, document-heavy sign-up.

How it works

Mastercard Identity contributes behavioural and authoritative identity intelligence, using signals such as email, phone, IP address and device. Zenoo turns those signals into decisions inside an adaptive onboarding journey. Low-risk customers pass through quickly, and suspicious behaviour is flagged early, before the full KYC steps begin.

"Businesses are being forced into a false choice between speed and security. This partnership removes that trade-off. By combining Mastercard's identity intelligence with Zenoo's orchestration layer, companies can trust good customers sooner and intervene only when risk actually appears."
Jonnie Davis, VP, Partnerships at Zenoo
