Two parts
When an auditor or regulator asks how you reached a decision, the answer should already be written down. In Compliance Hub it is. Every case has a Trail, and the whole case can be exported as one pack in a single click.
Trail: who, when and why
Trail lists every decision, reason and change on the case, with who made it and when. Nothing in it can be edited or removed, so the record you hand over is complete. Before anyone approves, the case header shows anything still outstanding, and Approve stays locked until nothing is left.
Export the pack
From the Trail, choose Export pack. Compliance Hub builds the whole case into one zip file: a PDF of the case, its data as CSV files, and the documents. A manifest fingerprints every file, so anyone can tell whether one has been changed since it was exported.
