Routing rules mean most work arrives with the right team before anyone has to triage it by hand, and an item's history shows why it came to you. Unassigned cases can be claimed from the Cases list in one click.
Filters and views your team can share
Build a filter from a field, a condition and a value, combine as many as you need, and save it for yourself or for the whole team. Switch between single items and work grouped by case, depending on whether you are clearing a backlog or finishing one customer.
Act on many at once
Tick as many rows as you need and change the owner, due date, priority or status for all of them together. Reassigning a holiday's worth of work no longer means opening fifty records.
